"Tales From the Pension". "The Great Texas Pension Heist of 2016"...…. Tales from the Pension: This is a story of the City of Dallas so called Pension Crisis of 2016 that now has Strong Evidence supporting a Massive Fraud perpetrated on the Citizens of not just Dallas but the State of Texas and the State Legislature. There is currently an Active Texas Ranger white collar crime investigation into these allegations. The following excerpt will be part of numerous excerpts supporting the Lies and Frauds uncovered in this five year investigation by a 31 year Retired Dallas Police Detective Joe Thompson. This Engineered Pension Crisis begins in April of 2014 when then Mayor of Dallas Mike Rawlings was pulled out of a city council meeting to speak on the phone with Moody's Credit Agency that governs Municipal Bond Ratings and State Bond Ratings in all 50 States in the United States. They were very upset with Mayor Mike Rawlings over him lying to them that he was addressing the Dallas Police and Firemen's Back Pay Law suit that at the time of this phone call was listed on the City of Dallas s books as a 4 Billion Dollar Liability . This Law suit had been filed in 1994 and every two years the City refused to go to trial to resolve it and after 20 years kept pushing it down the road with successive Mayor's refusing to deal with it. The Moody's Representative told Mayor Mike Rawlings that on Friday look at the news headlines when Moody's would be reducing the AAA+ Bond Ratings for Dallas to AAA and would continue to downgrade it over the coming months if action was not taken to resolve this Huge Financial Liability impacting the City of Dallas and the State of Texas interest rates on bowering for infrastructure Bond packages. This phone call was the beginning of a treacherous plan to Engineer a Pension Crisis and in the process commit Fiduciary Fraud Violations in their attempt to get the State of Texas to give them control of a 3.5 Billion Dollar Pension plan by presenting fraudulent financial information at the State Legislature to get a House Bill 1538 to give them total control of the Pension Fund and their assets through Fraudulent presented Financial information stating that the Cops and Firemen had bankrupt the Pension through bad business decisions. This story will show How they did it in upcoming weekly Excerpts and tell a tale of 3 sets of Illegal Books , improper Real Estate Valuation write downs and numerous Fiduciary Violations in their criminal effort to use the Police and Fire Pension Assets as a way to pay back the Back Pay Law suit by changing the Pension benefits of the Retirees to make that happen. Stay Tuned for further updates on this Terrible Travesty of Injustice perpetrated on our Public Safety Officers by The Dallas Business Elite in an attempt to not meet their financial obligations to these brave Men and Woman.‼️
